this kid party cake alternative. Here's how: Frost at least a dozen cupcakes in assorted vibrant colors of red, blue, green and yellow. You'll want at least one for each party guest. Make a cakeboard with sky blue paper. Tape a length of colorful curling ribbon to each cupcake. Tie the ribbons together and curl to finish your balloon bunch.
